Booking & Payment

All package rates are as published on our Packages page. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 on the arrival day. Check-out is by 11:00 on the departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.

Surf Activities & Safety

All surf lessons and guided sessions are conducted by experienced instructors. Participants must follow safety instructions at all times. Boomy Surfcamp is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety guidance.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Boomy Surfcamp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during your stay.

Pets

Pets are allowed on site. Guests bringing pets must ensure they do not disturb other guests and must clean up after them.

Conduct

Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff, and the property. Boomy Surfcamp reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Changes to Terms

Boomy Surfcamp may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that reservation.
